You’re trying to log into what used to be “Member Services”, an FA application that served players, club staff and referees.

The FA decided to take the decision to decommission Member Services in June 2024 and as a result, it is no longer accessible. The reason we’ve done this is that we are aiming to retire our legacy applications, which have since been replaced by the England Football Portals suite of digital products, which provide a more effective and secure tool for our customers.

If you are a player, club official, referee or parent of someone involved in football, it is likely you need to be onboarded onto PFF.
